Last night, musician Drake joined forces with Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and the pair streamed Fortnite together, to the amusement of the internet. But for those wondering, it wasn’t just a sponsored event or planned gimmick.
According to TMZ, and confirmed by IGN, the get-together, which smashed Twitch’s streaming records, was unplanned. Apparently Drake, a big Fortnite fan himself, simply reached out to Ninja last week on Instagram to schedule some time to play together.
