Incredibles 2 has officially surpassed $1 billion at the global box office.
According to Deadline, Incredibles 2 passed the milestone yesterday. The film’s domestic cume now totals $574 million domestically and $430.9 million internationally for a $1.005 billion global haul.
When it debuted in June, Incredibles 2 landed the biggest opening weekend for an animated film domestically with over $182 million. In doing so, Incredibles 2 surpassed another Pixar sequel, Finding Dory, which previously held the record for the biggest opening weekend for an animated film with $135 million.
