"The length of a film should be directly related to the endurance of the human bladder." --Alfred Hitchcock
As long as they stick to that sage advice I think it should be fine. Nevertheless, I think I'll wait to watch it on DVD so I can play/pause anytime I need a bio break.
I watched the video so I know that no one in the test audience left, but even so, I still think it would be a good idea for movies longer than two hours to have an intermission as close to the movie as possible.
Good news, then they will have the time to tell the story right. Way too many movies have been ruined by being too short and cutting out lots of story elements. For instance, Justice League was only like 2 hours long. For an ensemble movie that also introduced 3 new heroes and a villain, there was just no chance for that to be a good movie with that run-time. Just no time for some character development, which that movie really needed.
