How The Shining Explores The Dangers Of Isolation

Stanley Kubrick's The Shining is a terrifying look at the effects that isolation can have on a person, but just how accurate is the iconic horror movie in its portrayal? Did all work and no play make Jack a dull boy, or was it due to the remote nature of the Overlook Hotel? Kurt Indovina breaks down the very real impact of isolation and looks at how The Shining explores the dangers of it through lead character Jack Torrance.

Best episode so far for me, keep them coming. As a fan of Jackie Chan movies, I'm intrigued to see what the next episode brings up.
