I love Fallout but I won't be playing this version of the game. But I have to say I liked this segment. Very interesting and great guest. I smiled at the fact that a lathe can be used to create itself. I think I first learned that fact in S.M. Sterling's Island in the Sea of Time. A great trilogy if you are interested in another take on rebuilding civilization from scratch.

Pretty interesting stuff. Especially the wood burning cars. I had no idea that was possible. While the info might not help in playing a Fallout game, I feel I'm a little more prepared for the eventual coming apocalypse.

@EliOli: Wood burning cars and trucks use a system similar to some of the outdoor wood burning furnaces called gasifiers. It's a good system for heating your house, but applying that to a car is a little tedious. You start your car by building a fire and then waiting an hour for enough gas to build up.

Fallout 76 is horrible in all aspects. All the places you go are filled with other players doing the same quests. Furthermore, so much chit-chat, and why play this game if you want to turn proxy-chat off? Isn't it to be in a team and promote team work?

Also, once level 5, the PVP mechanics are horrible....The animation about as bad as C&C: Renegade. You basically just run around jumping circles around your opponent while shooting or hitting and worse even, an attacker can shoot you, and then hide among non-aggressor players, and as you shoot back defending yourself, you can accidentally hit a bystander and get aggro and others killing you, the only way to defend is to use that laughable excuse of a VATS system and have it auto-aim the griefer's feet where it is easiest to hit without accidentally hitting the bystander... This game is complete garbage, seriously. I gave the beta try, it is abysmal, if you like this game, there is literally something wrong with you (if you enjoyed the real FO games).

@phili878: I agree. If Gamespot gives Fallout 76 more than a 3 or a 4, you know the score is rigged.
