The Blazing Bull is an early boss that tests your capabilities in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Instead of a big armored general with a sword, you're fighting an actual raging animal. To make matters worse, it's on fire.
But don't go panicking just yet. The Blazing Bull isn't too tough to defeat if you know what you're doing and you keep in mind everything that you've learned so far. You can still parry its attacks and break its Posture, and blocking will still help keep you alive. The trick to defeating the Blazing Bull is doing as much damage as you can to weaken its Vitality, or health, so that it can't regenerate its Posture.
As you can see in the video above, dodging under the Blazing Bull's attacks and staying close will allow you to wail away on it, especially if you can stick close to its back legs. Keep moving to avoid getting in front of it so it can't set you on fire. If you do take Burning damage, Dousing Powder will heal you right up.
