I still go out of my way to find and watch Flight of the Navigator occasionally. Loved the movie.
Disney used to play a lot of old old movies during the PM/early AM hours back in the 90's. The original Flubber, Son of Flubber, Darby O'Gill and the Little People.
Even later on, you got things like Can of Worms, Johnny Tsunami. You can honestly go weirder than the list that you gave us.

What you call "weirdest" I call "classic." I loved Return to Oz and Flight of the Navigator as a kid.
