Watching them toss game disc after game disc into that box made me realize: I think I want a console with multi-disc capability. Or a jukebox style add-on, where I can load 50 or 100 game discs into a clear dome apparatus and watch it whirl through the discs before a mechanical arm grabs my selection and slots it into the machine for play. That's the peripheral we've been needing all this time!
@thedarklinglord: In the 360 era this would be an amazing feature. Now, with digital sales making up the majority of sales, it'd just be a big waste of money and physical space in the console.
@shakesmcqueen: I was (mostly) being facetious. Multi-disc capability would be a wasted feature in modern consoles (not to mention one more point of failure, as regular changing of discs would almost certainly result in something wearing down and breaking sooner rather than later), even though I still prefer to buy physical media where consoles are concerned, since physical games still get marked down cheaper and faster than digital. That said, if it was done with a lot of style, I would absolutely buy a jukebox-style console, regardless of how unnecessary and unwieldy the thing was.
