Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 Challenges Guide: Sunflower’s Farm, Farmer’s Market, And Steel Farm

Fortnite has a new set of challenges to complete for Week 8 of Season 5. All three will send you to unnamed locations on the map, including Sunflower’s Farm, Steel Farm, and The Orchard Farmers Market. Luckily, we’ve located them and can help make your life easier. If you’re having trouble finding any of the locations or completing the tasks involved in the challenges, consult our guides below.

Where to deliver a truck to Sunflower’s Farm

This mission asks you to deliver a truck to Sunflower’s Farm.

Sunflower’s Farm location

Sunflower’s Farm is located right next to The Orchard’s Farmers Market, north of the Colossal Coliseum. You’ll find one NPC, an apple orchard, a few farmhouses, and some cabbage fields there. Here’s a map with the exact location:

There is usually a truck on the edge of Sunflower’s Farm. You can take that one, one that spawns in front of the Orchard’s Farmers Market, or one from a nearby road and drive it through the farm to complete the challenge. All you need to do is have the truck enter Sunflower’s Farm and you’ll earn experience points.

Challenge rewards

Completing this epic quest will net you 20,000 experience points. It could come in different “stages” like other weekly challenges this season, so it may not be available until you complete other challenges.

Where to destroy apple and tomato produce boxes at The Orchard Farmers Market

This mission asks you to destroy apple and tomato produce boxes at The Orchard Farmers Market.

The Orchard Farmers Market location

The Orchard Farmers Market is located north of the Colossal Coliseum, just outside the desert-covered center of the map. Here’s a map with the exact location marked:

The market is right on the edge of the sand, across the way from the pizza restaurant. You’ll see wooden counters and fruit lining the outside of the building there. That’s where you need to go. There are produce boxes full of corn, bananas, apples, and tomatoes both inside and outside the building there. Destroy three boxes of either apples, tomatoes, or a mix of both to complete the challenge.

Challenge rewards

You’ll get 20,000 experience points for completing this challenge.

Where to drive a car through the corn field at Steel Farm

This challenge asks you to drive a car through the corn field at Steel Farm. It’s fairly close to the previous location, so it makes sense to head straight there after completing the challenge.

Steel Farm location

Steel Farm is located on a small island near Colossal Colosseum. It’s got a single farm house, two corn fields, and one NPC wandering around. Here’s a map with the specific location marked with a red circle:

You’ll need to find a car in order to drive through a corn field and complete the challenge. There is usually a truck at Steel Farm, but if one didn’t spawn there you should be able to find one across the river at a campsite directly to the east of the farm. There is also a gas station with cars directly to the south. Cars will also spawn on their own on the road.

Challenge rewards

Completing this epic quest will net you 20,000 experience points.

Epic Games added special Predator challenges alongside the weekly quests this time. You’ll need to head to Stealthy Stronghold and kill the Predator in order to unlock a special skin, then find Predator’s apartment while wearing the skin for another reward.

Massive Nintendo Switch Accessory Bundle Is On Sale For A Great Price

If you recently purchased a Nintendo Switch, you may be looking for a few accessories. There are plenty of accessory bundles out there that feature must-have products such as carrying cases and screen protectors, but no bundle is as jam-packed as the one offered by Orzly. The third-party accessory manufacturer has a bundle dubbed the “Orzly Geek Pack” that comes with 12 different accessories. It’s normally priced at a reasonable $70, but right now you can snag it for only $46.74 at Amazon, which makes it a ridiculously good bargain.

Here’s a full list of the accessories that come in the Orzly Geek Pack:

  • Carrying case with eight-game card insert and mesh pocket for storing small accessories and extra Joy-Con controllers
  • Two tempered glass screen protectors
  • Nintendo Switch grip case, which makes playing the console in handheld mode more comfortable for those with larger hands
  • Joy-Con and Pro controller charge station
  • Playstand for using the Switch in tabletop mode
  • Cartridge case
  • Two Joy-Con grips, which add comfort for multiplayer titles played with single Joy-Con controller schemes
  • Two Joy-Con racing wheels
  • USB-C cable
  • Earbuds
  • Thumbstick grips
  • Stylus

Orzly sells most of these products separately as well, but you’re saving a ton of money by purchasing them as a bundle. For instance, just the carrying case, grip, and screen protectors would cost you roughly $50 if you picked them all up individually.

Resident Evil Village: ‘Re:Verse Mode’ and Deluxe Edition Details Leak

A Humble Bundle store page listing has revealed that Resident Evil Village will feature a mode called Re:Verse. Further details about what bonuses will feature in the game’s deluxe edition have also been revealed ahead of today’s Resident Evil Showcase stream.

Twitter user Edward_Outcast first spotted the leak, posting it to Twitter. The copy they’ve screen-capped is sourced from the Humble Bundle store page for Resident Evil Village, which is still live as of writing. The description mentions that both versions of the game will include a new mode called Re:Verse. It’s not clear yet whether this is a multiplayer mode or something else, but the copy surrounding it mentions “end of service” and its availability suggests as such.

“Details of the operational period for Resident Evil Re:Verse, including commencement of availability and any potential announcements relating to the end of service, can be found on the official website,” the copy reads. “Please note that, depending on the timing of your purchase of Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil Re:Verse may already no longer be available, and/or the title may become available through other means in the future.”

The description also links to a website for Re:Verse, which isn’t live just yet. The store page also lists the items contained in the Deluxe Edition of the game. Players who purchase the Deluxe Edition will pick up the ‘Trauma Pack’ which contains “the “Samurai Edge” weapon, the “Mr. Everywhere” accessory, a screen filter and special safe room background music.”

There is also a pack of bonus items available to players who pre-order any edition of the game. This includes a Mr. Racoon Weapon Charm, a Survival Resources Pack and a Resident Evil Village Mini Soundtrack.

We’ve also got a short blurb describing the premise of the game “Set a few years after the horrifying events in the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 7 biohazard, the all-new storyline begins with Ethan Winters and his wife Mia living peacefully in a new location, free from their past nightmares,” it reads. “Just as they are building their new life together, tragedy befalls them once again.”

The Resident Evil Showcase was announced last week and is set to take place today at 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern / 10pm UK (that’s 9am AEDT on January 22). Check out our article for all the details on how you can tune in.

From Dusk Till Dawn Animated Show Is In The Works

Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino’s classic 1996 vampire movie From Dusk till Dawn celebrates its 25th anniversary this month, and now Rodriguez has announced that he is working on an animated version of the film.

The director revealed his plans in an interview with Games Radar. The animated series will continue to expand the mythology of the movie’s Aztec vampires rather than simply be a remake and is being developed for Rodriguez’s action-orientated El Rey TV network. No further details have been revealed so far, and the project does not have a release date.

This won’t be the first spin-off from From Dusk till Dawn. There were two direct-to-video sequels in the ’90s, and more recently, Rodriguez produced a live-action TV show, which ran for three seasons between 2014 and 2016. From Dusk till Dawn: The Series aired on El Rey in the US and Latin America and is available on Netflix internationally.

There is also a new 4K restoration of the original movie on the way. Rodriguez recently said that the new version “looks gorgeous” and confirmed that it will be available later this year. For more, check out Gamespot’s guide to all the references, Easter Eggs, and things you missed in From Dusk till Dawn.

In related news, Netflix has announced that Rodriguez will be making a sequel to his hit family superhero adventure We Can Be Heroes. The movie was released in December and was watched by more than 44 million people in its first week on the service.

Resident Evil Re:Verse Leaks Ahead Of The Big Showcase

A new Resident Evil project called Resident Evil Re:Verse has seemingly leaked ahead of its presumed official announcement during the Resident Evil Showcase later today.

The Humble Store leaked the name. All we know so far is that whatever Resident Evil Re:Verse is, it’s included with Resident Evil Village. People online are speculating that Re:Verse is the name of the new Resident Evil multiplayer game or mode that we heard about for the first time recently.

The Humble Store page includes a link to a Resident Evil Re:Verse website, but the page is not available just yet. It appears the link went live too early.

Whatever Capcom has in store, it seems we’ll learn more during the Resident Evil Showcase, which begins on January 21 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET. Capcom is promising more news about Resident Evil Village along with further updates on the wider Resident Evil series.

You can watch the event here on GameSpot, and we’ll report back with all the big news as it happens. Capcom already announced that a closed beta for the Resident Evil multiplayer game will take place starting on January 28–here’s how to sign up.

The website mentions that this new Resident Evil game supports 4-6 players, but that’s all the information that’s available at this stage. Capcom has tried Resident Evil multiplayer before, most recently with Resident Evil Resistance.

Resident Evil Village, meanwhile, is slated for release in 2021 on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

In other news about Capcom, the publisher has raised its financial guidance for the fiscal year due to strong sales of Resident Evil 3 and Monster Hunter World, among other factors. In addition, Capcom has been fined hundreds of thousands of dollars by the EU over an issue with PC games.

Thanks To Resident Evil 3 And Monster Hunter, Capcom Expects To Make A Lot Of Money

Japanese gaming publisher Capcom has announced that it expects to make even more money than anticipated for its latest financial year due to the big success of a few key titles.

In a news release, Capcom said it is increasing its forecast for revenue and profit for the financial year ending March 31 due in part to big sales of Resident Evil 3 and ongoing sales of catalog titles like Monster Hunter World.

Capcom said its efforts to grow digital game sales have paid off, and that is also part of the reason why the company is increasing its revenue and profit forecast. On top of that, Capcom said preorders for Monster Hunter Rise for Nintendo Switch are “off to a promising start.” All of these factors, in addition to a presumed boost due to COVID-19, is why Capcom is raising its performance estimates for the financial period.

As you can see in the chart below, Capcom now plans to bring in 92 billion yen for the year in revenue and 21 billion in profit, which compares to the previous forecast of 85 billion yen in revenue and 18 billion yen in profit.

No Caption Provided

Capcom will officially announce its earnings results for the period on January 28, so check back with GameSpot then to find out if the company reached its increased targets.

In other Capcom news, the publisher is holding a special Resident Evil showcase event on January 21 starting at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET. One of the surprises has seemingly been revealed early, as the Resident Evil multiplayer game Resident Evil Re:Verse has leaked online.

Just Cause Developer Worked On Alternate History 1950s Game

Avalanche Studios, the developer of the Just Cause series, was once at work on game that took place in an alternate-history version of the 1950s. A game writer who worked on the project recently revealed the scuttled game, along with what ultimately happened to it.

In an interview with the YouTube channel Wassup Conversations, writer Mikael Saker recalled when Avalanche had to make severe studio cuts to both personnel and projects, including the alternate-history game.

“The publisher cancelled all their games except one, and it was a big publisher,” Saker said. “But had been working on this awesome open-world game set in an alternative reality version of 1950s. It was insane! We had this huge version of London that looked spectacular. We didn’t have skyscrapers, but we had, like inverted heights, so the city grew downwards, to the ground. You could fly ziplines, airships, planes and jump down to these really, really deep holes in the middle of the city. So it was visually, and world-building wise spectacular and it had some really great gameplay ideas.”

Saker went on to say the game was still roughly two years from completion, so it had to be one of the games on the chopping block during the cuts. He didn’t give a specific timeframe for when this project was in the works.

Avalanche is mostly known for the Just Cause series, and released Just Cause 4 in 2018. It also developed a Mad Max licensed game in 2015. More recently it worked with Bethesda Softworks on Rage 2.

This Life-Sized Thanos Bust Looks Amazing, Is Very Expensive, And Is Missing An Arm

An immaculate-looking life-size bust of Thanos is available to purchase, but it is very expensive and it’s missing one of the villain’s arms.

Queen Studios is now selling the limited-edition collectible, which features a half-body Thanos bust (the top half) based on his look from Avengers: Endgame as he wields the Infinity Gauntlet.

“Painstakingly sculpted, this movie-accurate polystone bust features the genocidal warlord wearing his battle scarred armour and helmet,” reads a line from the description (via SlashFilm). “With his fist clenched and Gauntlet in hand, he stares forward menacingly. The beast of a bust is perfect for Avengers fans and collectors with the space for one of Marvel’s most iconic villain.”

The Infinity Stones on the gauntlet itself have internal lighting so they shine brightly and prominently. The base for the bust is inspired by Thanos’ space vessel, the Q-Ship. The full bust measures 108cm (L) x 122cm (W) x 113cm (H).

Thanos’ right arm is missing from the bust, which appears to be an intentional choice to specifically highlight the Infinity Gauntlet.

And now the kicker: The bust carries a premium price tag of $6450 + shipping. Alternatively, you can pay $1800 for a deposit and send the remaining $4650 + shipping later.

The bust is not available in the US, it seems, at least for the time being. You can learn more about this epic collector’s item here on the Queen Studios website.

Hitman 3 Dartmoor Guide: How To Find And Open The Secret Rooms

The second mission in Hitman 3 sends you to a huge English mansion that’s straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. That’s not an exaggeration; the enormous estate is also the setting of a murder mystery that’s playing out at the same time as your assassination mission to eliminate Alexa Carlisle.

There are many paths through the mansion to complete your objective and eliminate Alexa Carlisle. You can even find a way to solve the murder mystery in the mansion and use your findings to manipulate the situation. To do that, though, you’ll need to uncover some of the mansion’s secrets, including a series of hidden rooms that can allow you to get into and out of certain specific areas unseen.

Finding your way into those hidden rooms is essential to mastering Dartmoor and to completing the murder mystery. But some hidden rooms are easier to find than others. Here’s a quick rundown of how to get into all the hidden rooms in Dartmoor and what tools you’ll need to access them.

We’ve got lots more Hitman 3 coverage to help you through every aspect of the game–just check out our Hitman 3 guide hub for a full rundown. You might also want to read our Hitman 3 review.

Hitman 3 Dartmoor Secret Room Locations

Secret Books And Switches Behind Paintings

Most of the secret rooms are fairly obvious if you make use of Agent 47’s Instinct vision. You can note their locations on your map and track them down by interacting with objects that are highlighted in yellow, like books or paintings. You’ll find a hidden room in Zachary’s bedroom that you can access with a book on his shelf, and another in Rebecca’s bedroom that opens when you turn a painting. There’s also a switch to return to the secret room off Rebecca’s room from the lawyer’s small room–look for the switch on the bookcase.

How To Use Mysterious Switches

There are three mysterious switches hidden throughout Thornbridge Manor, and you'll need a specific item to use them.
There are three mysterious switches hidden throughout Thornbridge Manor, and you’ll need a specific item to use them.

In certain locations in Dartmoor, you’ll find small interactive objects set into the floor of the mansion. You’ll see these in Instinct vision, but you won’t be able to interact with them unless you have the right tool.

That tool is the English bulldog walking cane. The cane has no other real use (except smacking people in the head to pacify them), but if you take it to the floor switches, it can open up hidden doors to access secret rooms.

You’ll find the cane in the bedroom of Emma and Gregory Carlisle. Be careful using it, though–if you drop it or pick it up in the view of other characters, they’ll become suspicious. Holding it is okay, though, for some reason. You can find the switches on the second floor of the library, and on the third floor, in the hallway outside of Alexa Carlisle’s Office. You can also access the small office from the hallway using a switch.

We’ve got lots more information to help you find everything in Dartmoor and solve its murder mystery. Read our complete Dartmoor mission walkthrough, and check out our rundowns of how to complete every Dartmoor assassination, where to find every murder mystery clue, and how to get (and use) every murder mystery solution.
