Relive WWE’s Greatest/Craziest Matt Hardy Segment In Its Entirety, The Ultimate Deletion

At the end of the March 19 episode of Raw, WWE debuted one of the best and weirdest things the company has ever produced: The Ultimate Deletion. For those who watch Raw on a DVR, you may have missed the entire event, as Ultimate Deletion ran almost 15 minutes after the Monday night show was supposed to end. Luckily, WWE has finally posted the entire segment, uncut, on YouTube, which you can see below.

In the video, Bray Wyatt heads to the Hardy compound to fight Matt Hardy. However, Wyatt must deal with Vanguard One, a drone that can project a holographic image of Hardy; the Mower of Lawns, a lawnmower; and Skarsgard, a dilapidated boat that’s painted gold. The insane match took place in numerous locations throughout Hardy’s property, two of which had wrestling rings. All of this happened over the span of 17 minutes.

Believe it or not, the segment, which wasn’t nearly as slick or polished as the rest of WWE’s productions, tied together the past couple of years of Bray Wyatt’s storylines. Wrestlers and fans alike loved the piece, which helped give Bray Wyatt a push in the right direction.

The Ultimate Deletion was a new spin on the Matt Hardy/Jeff Hardy segment Final Deletion from 2016, which originally aired on TNA Impact. Playing off the once “broken” now “woken” Matt Hardy character, both segments take the viewer on a trip through his bizarre world. Essentially, these videos are pure fun and a breath of fresh air to the wrestling industry, which–at times–can take itself a bit too seriously.

There is no news yet as to what’s going to happen to Bray Wyatt or if we’ll get more Deletion videos, but the March 26 episode of Raw should shed some light on what’s to come, leading into Wrestlemania.

Warframe Dev Says More Grind Doesn’t Mean More Profits

When a game with microtransactions, especially a free to play game, introduces a new item or system that takes an exceptionally long time to complete, there’s always one reaction you can count on: people calling it a cash-grab.

People will say that clearly the developer only made it so grindy because then more people will have to pay for it, and thus the game is making more money. But according to Warframe developer Digital Extremes, not only do particularly grind-heavy items not make more money, they sometimes even make less.

Speaking at GDC last week, Digital Extremes Live Ops and Community Producer Rebecca Ford said that more grind doesn’t mean more profits for Warframe. Ford’s panel was about some of Warframe’s biggest ‘hit’ and ‘miss’ moments over its five-year history, one of which she said was a resource called Oxium that angered players for being overly scarce at its release.

Why Justice League Ditched Superman’s Black Costume

Despite teases ahead of Justice League’s release, Superman doesn’t wear a black suit in the film, and costume designer Michael Wilkinson has revealed why that is.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Wilkinson said the idea of including the black suit in Justice League fascinated the filmmakers. In the Death and Return of Superman story, the superhero sports a black outfit after being resurrected, and this is the direction Zack Snyder and the rest of the creative team wanted to go with at first.

“When we were prepping Justice League, at first it seemed that it might be a logical choice for the look of Superman when he’s resurrected,” Wilkinson said. “Zack is extremely respectful and passionate about the depiction of Superman in comic books and graphic novels, and traditionally when he is resurrected, he is in the black suit.”

Dragon Ball Super Episode 131 Review

Warning: The following review contains spoilers for the episode.

Dragon Ball Super ends its 131-episode run with a glorious finale. Every scene received world-class treatment in care and the final battle hit all the right notes to add unexpected tension along with a satisfying conclusion. The story hit all the major beats as well, with the Frieza plotline culminating in an epic team-up between Goku and Frieza, while the overarching theme of trust brought to a head just how important Goku’s allies were, as well as bringing to light a new friendship between Toppo and Jiren.

The Tournament of Power marked a noticeable increase in Super’s animation quality, and it’s clear that everything Toei Animation learned along the way was applied during Episode 131. Frantic and subtle character movements, the coloring on their bodies, and of course, the explosions of Ki energy were all so well done that it seems, like this last battle, Super reached an incredible new form. No moment highlights this more than the final combined attack of Goku and Frieza as their contrasting colors merge into one giant blast that ultimately wins them the battle. Along with the visuals, the musical score was perfectly matched, hyping up the fight to such a degree I found myself leaning closer to the screen with excitement.

Suicide Squad Director Shares Details About Important Deleted Joker Scene

Suicide Squad director David Ayer has shared some details about one important deleted scene that sheds light on a key scene involving The Joker.

In the film, which follows the titular squad of villains trying to stop Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) from destroying the world, the Joker drops Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) from a helicopter, which then crashes. The Joker (Jared Leto) then disappears for the rest of the movie until right at the end, where he frees Harley from prison. It’s never made clear what exactly happened to the Clown Prince of Crime after that crash scene in the released cut of the film.

Ayer has now revealed on Twitter that, after the helicopter crash, Joker would have made a deal with Enchantress to “take Harley home and be ‘King of Gotham’” at the end of the movie. However, Harley had other plans and refused his offer.
