New Diablo Game in the Works

No official announcement has been made, but a new Diablo project appears to be in the works

A recently posted job listing for a dungeon artist at Blizzard has confirmed a new Diablo project is currently being worked on at the studio.

Whether that new project is for a proper Diablo IV or a new type of game from the franchise remains to be seen, as few details are provided as part of the job listing.

Blizzard, however, does hint it won’t lose what makes Diablo so popular as they are looking for people who are “passionate about working on the dark gothic world of Diablo, making great games, killing millions of monsters and getting loot!”

Star Wars: The Last Jedi Actress Deletes Her Instagram Posts Allegedly Due to Harassment

Kelly Marie Tran has wiped her Instagram account, allegedly due to harassment following her appearance in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Tran, who portrayed Rose Tico in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, has deleted all of the posts from her Instagram account, which now only has a bio reading “Afraid, but doing it anyway.” This has led many to speculate that the actress has done so due to the high volume of negative comments she reportedly has been receiving on social media from people who weren’t thrilled with the movie.

Noah Hawley Has Finished Writing His Doctor Doom Movie

Legion creator Noah Hawley has finished penning the script for his Doctor Doom movie, but don’t expect to see the film starring one of Marvel’s greatest villains anytime soon.

Speaking to Vulture, Hawley discussed his Doctor Doom screenplay. “I wrote a script that I really like and the studio really likes,” he said, although he admitted that “it needs a little work.”

There are a few obstacles standing in the way of the comic book movie inspired by Captain America: The Winter Soldier from being made. The first being that Hawley is about to film Pale Blue Dot, an astronaut drama starring Natalie Portman and Jon Hamm.

Fortnite Update Out Now, Adds New Bouncer Item

Some new content is on the way soon to Fortnite. The game’s 4.3 content update is scheduled to roll out tomorrow, June 5, for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and iOS, and it’s set to introduce another new item to Battle Royale. [Update: The update is out now; here are the patch notes.]

The update is scheduled to roll out on all platforms at 5 AM PT / 8 AM ET / 1 PM BST and won’t require any server downtime, the official Fortnite Twiter account announced. The tweet didn’t reveal any further details regarding the contents of the update, only saying, “Bounce to impressive new heights in the v4.3 Content Update.”

This is presumably in reference to the Bouncer, a new item that recently appeared in Fortnite’s in-game updates section. Epic hasn’t revealed any details about the item, but the accompanying description reads, “Place this pad for a big bounce boost–no fall damage!” New items are typically announced in the updates section shortly before they arrive in the game.

The new content update follows last week’s v4.3 patch, which introduced rideable Shopping Carts to Battle Royale. The update also made an assortment of performance improvements and added a new foraged item, mushrooms, which grant 5 shield when consumed.

Meanwhile, the next set of weekly challenges are slated to arrive on Thursday, June 7. In recent weeks, Epic would release new challenges alongside Fortnite’s weekly updates, but for the remainder of Season 4, the developer will roll out challenges every Thursday, as it once used to. In the meantime, you can check out our guide on how to complete Week 5’s challenges.

Stranger Things: Season 3 Will Be ‘Very Different’

Stranger Things: Season 3 will be “very different” from the first two seasons, according to series star Noah Schnapp.

Speaking to THR, the Will Byers actor explained the third season will have a unique vibe because it takes place during the summer in 1985.

“It’s very different this season because it’s in the summer, so you kind of get to see a different version of everyone,” Schnapp said.

The actor also teased Season 3 will combine the dark elements of Season 2 and the lighter, more comedic tone of Season 1. Plus, Schnapp confirmed Lucas’ little sister Erica (Priah Ferguson) will have a larger role this third time around, as she’ll have her own storyline after being bumped up to series regular.
