South Park reached a huge milestone tonight, airing its 300th episode at a time when the show has never been more politically relevant.
The series celebrated that milestone by continuing the ongoing saga of Tegridy Farms. Meanwhile, the episode also spoofed the anti-vaxxer movement as Cartman refused to get his shots.
