The Top 15 WWE Hell in a Cell Matches

With WWE’s annual Hell in a Cell PPV event just days out, on Sunday the 16th, and this year also marking the 20th anniversary of the time Mick Foley nearly killed himself for our adoration, it’s the perfect time to rank some horrifying Hell in the Cell matches.

This year, inside the Cell, Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship against Braun Strowman while Jeff Hardy will attempt to get some measure of revenge against Randy Orton (even though the SmackDown Cell match should be Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch). Will either of these two encounters become an instant classic? Enough to bump one of the following matches off the slideshow list?

Six Big Surprises from Apple’s 2018 iPhone Reveal

Be sure to visit IGN Tech for all the latest comprehensive hands-on reviews and best-of roundups.

Apple’s “Gather Round” event yesterday was a highly anticipated event for Apple fans since it’s always fascinating to see what the company has been working on lately. A company with Apple’s resources is seemingly always capable of unveiling a few surprises, so every event they hold has a lure of “one more thing” or something totally unexpected like last year’s iPhone X (despite leaks). This year’s event didn’t provide much in the way of “oh wow” moments, but there were a few surprises at least, but not all of them were positive.

Spider-Man Miles Morales Returns in New Marvel Series

Miles Morales is having a huge year. Not only is Miles a major character in Insomniac’s Spider-Man game and the star of the upcoming animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, his comic series is due for a major relaunch at the end of the year.

We can exclusively reveal that Marvel is debuting a new comic called Miles Morales: Spider-Man in December 2018. The new series will be the first ongoing Miles Morales book not written by co-creator Brian Michael Bendis. Instead, Exiles writer Saladin Ahmed and Secret Warriors artist Javier Garron will be charting the next major chapter in Miles’ superhero career.

When asked about the future of the Wolfenstein franchise, Hines said, “Absolutely we’re making a Wolfenstein III.” He continued, “

said on stage that they’re taking a break from the larger story to do

. But we all have to see how that ends.”

In response to a question about the supposedly “resting” Arkane series, Dishonored, Hines tantalizingly said, “Ah, I wouldn’t read too much into that.”

Frozen Synapse 2 Review

Frozen Synapse 2 follows up on 2011’s excellent turn-based tactical combat game with another round of meticulously planned shootouts. Its new ideas are a little sparse, though, mostly centered around a single-player campaign in a massive city that looks a lot deeper than it actually is.

If it wasn’t for the slick-looking neon-on-black art style, the real-time playback of Frozen Synapse 2’s tactical battles might look distressingly like drone footage of real-world military actions. During the planning phase you’re given a remarkable level of control over your squad’s movement, and each different weapon has its own targeting time and range. That gives each soldier a specific role in combat, and learning the somewhat opaque rules for how these roles interact is the key to winning these high-stakes shootouts. You’ll plot out paths for your soldiers to carefully clear around doorways and charge into fights, and the tension is always high: one hit is all it takes to down anyone, and every fraction of a second and inch of separation counts when your assault rifle-wielding soldier rounds a corner and comes face-to-face with a shotgun-toting adversary.

Insomniac Would Love to Make Sunset Overdrive 2

Insomniac would “love to” make a sequel to its critically acclaimed Xbox One exclusive, Sunset Overdrive.

In this month’s episode of IGN Unfiltered, Ryan McCaffrey sat down with Insomniac CEO Ted Price and discussed the potential future of the Insomniac-owned IP.

“I think one of the great things about starting a franchise and having the opportunity to make sequels,” Price said, “is that you’ve, in many cases, made the hardest decisions already.”

“When you establish an IP, you now know what the tone is, you know what the character is, you know what the core mechanics are that work. You know what players liked and didn’t like,” Price continued, “so, doing a sequel for any game, be it Sunset Overdrive or something else, is an opportunity to deliver something to fans that’s significantly better than the original, and that’s something that I think we
